Dept of Transport: UNISA Bursaries 2024 – Department of Transport in partneship with Unisa invites student to apply for Bursary Programme 2024 academic year.

The Department of Transport Bursary Programme aims to aid candidates in achieving their academic and tertiary goals within the Transport sector.
The bursary will fund studies at UNISA in the following fields:
Undergraduate studies:Postgraduate studies:Logistics (Honours)Transport Economics (Honours)
Expenses Covered: The bursary will cover tuition fees and prescribed textbooks. It will not fund failed modules or modules that need to be repeated, nor will it fund existing loans or debts.
Renewal & Selection: Bursary recipients must reapply for funding each year, and the bursary may be canceled if the recipient fails their studies. Candidates will be selected by the selection committee, and outcomes will be communicated via their myLife email account.
Eligibility Requirements:
•South African citizen not older than 35 years old Completed Matric Studying at UNISARegistered for one of the listed qualifications at undergraduate or postgraduate level (NQF level 6 to 8)
•Minimum overall average of 50% in the previous year of study
•Passed a minimum of 50% of registered/funded modules (for returning bursary recipients)
•Unemployed.
